Poshpads professional room lets are located in Redland/Kingsdown, 1/2 miles from Bristol city centre and in north Bristol, 3.5 miles from junction 16 of the M5/M4 motorway interchange. The rooms are let under individual tenancy agreements with flexible tenancy periods. Some rooms benefit from private bathrooms and others shared bathrooms, together with the communal kitchen and living room. The rents for our professional rooms are totally inclusive of electric, gas, water, sewage, council tax, internet and the cost of the regular cleaning of the communal areas. It’s simple, just one monthly payment for all your accommodation expenses.
